Atid Properties is a family owned business that is proud of its past and looking forward to its future. We own a host of residential one and two bedroom units. They vary from old world charm units with hard wood floors to more modern units with carpeting, A/C, and underground parking. These apartments are in buildings ranging in size from eight to thirty six units and located on the Eastside, Southeast, and Southwest sides of Milwaukee County. We also have a few unique commercial and office buildings located in Whitefish Bay and the Third Ward.
Atid Properties only manages buildings we own. We are committed to making our residents’ experiences as positive as they can be.
To that end we have on-site resident managers at all of our properties.Our maintenance staff is on call 24/7, 365 in case of emergencies, ensuring that our residents’ needs are met. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our buildings and the experiences of our residents, many who have lived with us for years.
